ReplyDeleteThanks so much for this; I've finally got round to watching and listening! I found it very inspiring! I woke early this morning and made a promise to myself that I would listen to it and I'm glad I did. I was thinking last night about looking into the lives of women as potential role models and I think Joan Halifax could be one of them!
"... we cannot be attached to outcome" - need to listen again to that bit and absorb a bit more.
